Return Policy
1. Returns:
Customers may request a return within 7 (seven) days of receiving their order, provided the item is unused, in its original condition and with all tags attached. No Custom designed t-shirts will be accepted for return, unless the item
is damaged or defective.
2. Refunds:
Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless
the return is due to an error on our part. No Custom designed t-shirts will be refunded unless the item is damaged or defective.
3. Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team via email within 7 (seven) days of receipt via email at info@ai-ts.co.za to obtain a return authorization. Please note customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
